An Important Update About Shipping Costs
Dear Beautiful Customers,
I want to begin by personally thanking you for your support of HealthyWags; Your loyalty means the world to me, and I am truly grateful for every order you’ve placed.
As you know, I’ve always tried to keep my products as affordable as possible while also covering shipping costs for you. However, due to the ongoing rise in shipping rates and overall costs, I can no longer sustain my business while continuing to offer free shipping. After much thought and consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to begin charging a flat rate of $6 for shipping on orders starting February 27, 2025.
I understand that no one likes extra fees, and this change was not made lightly. My goal has always been to provide you with high-quality, simple ingredient treats while keeping prices reasonable. To continue doing that, I need to make this adjustment.
That said, I am actively working on ways to keep shipping rates as low as possible. I don't know if I can sustain this, but I'm going to try by offering a flat rate shipping of $6.00, so I will be covering that amount of shipping. I'll continue offering promotions, discounts, and special deals to show my appreciation for your support.
